General Shipping Information

• Orders placed before 3 pm EST are processed and shipped on the same day (except Sundays and holidays) with the following exceptions:
  
  Packages being shipped via UPS Ground must be received by 12:00 (Noon) EST to go out the same day otherwise they will go out on the next business day.
  
  During the months of November and December, personalized boxed cards may take an additional 24-48 hours to process before being shipped. 

• Standard shipping via the US Postal Service is FREE with every order over $50 and delivered in the United States. Orders under 13 ounces will be shipped using First Class Mail while anything over 13 ounces (approximately 20+ cards) will be shipped using Priority Mail.

• All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Buffalo, New York.

• You will receive an email message when your order has been shipped. If you have elected to use UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, or Express Mail, you will receive tracking information in the email message.

• Estimated (non-holiday) delivery times are 2-8 days when mailing inside the United States via First Class Mail. Please take the holidays (ie-Christmas) into consideration when selecting your shipping date as the volume of packages processed by UPS and the US Postal Service increases greatly.

• The shipping date is the day on which your order will leave our fulfillment center in Buffalo, New York. Do not count it as one of the days your package will be in transit.

• We recommend UPS Ground, UPS-3 Day Select, or Express Mail as an option when you wish to track your package. All three of these shipping methods include guaranteed delivery dates and insurance. If a package doesn't arrive on the date guaranteed by UPS or the US Postal Service, the shipping fees will be refunded.

Holiday Shipping Options and *Recommended Shipping Deadlines*

Please take the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas) into consideration when selecting your shipping date as the volume of packages processed by UPS and the US Postal Service increases greatly.

The delivery times when shipping with First Class Mail are the ones most affected by the increased volume of holiday packages being processed by the US Postal Service. We recommend a guaranteed delivery method (UPS or Express Mail) during the holidays.

During the months of November and December, personalized boxed cards may take an additional 24-48 hours to process before being shipped.

• UPS Ground rates are based upon package weight and delivery destination and will be calculated when the shipping method is selected during the checkout process.

• Benefits: package tracking, insurance, and guaranteed* delivery times (see map)

• UPS Ground Service is available for any packages being delivered to an address in the United States. 

• Packages being shipped via UPS Ground must be received by 12:00 (Noon) EST to go out the same day otherwise they will go out on the next business day.
  

• Delivery times (see map) are based upon business days in transit. "Business day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays:
  
  New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve

*NOTE: UPS suspends the guarantee on Ground Service between December 12th and December 25th.

UPS 3-Day Select

• UPS 3-Day Select rates are based upon package weight and delivery destination and will be calculated when the shipping method is selected during the checkout process.

• Benefits: package tracking, insurance, and guaranteed delivery in 3 business days (in transit)

• UPS 3-Day Select Service is available for any packages being delivered to an address in the United States. 

• Packages being shipped via UPS 3-Day Select must be received by 3:00 PM EST to go out the same day otherwise they will go out on the next business
  

• "Business day" means Monday through Friday except the following holidays:
  
  New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve

Express Mail - US Postal Service

• Express Mail rates are based upon package weight and delivery destination and will be calculated when the shipping method is selected during the checkout process.

• Benefits: package tracking, insurance, and guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide. Remote locations will receive second-day service.

• Available for any packages being delivered to an address in the United States.

International Shipping (Outside of the United States)

• International shipping rates are based upon package weight and delivery destination and will be calculated when the shipping method is selected during the checkout process.

• International delivery receives First Class service in the United States, and airmail or priority service in the destination country.

• The delivery time varies based upon the destination, but is generally between 1 and 2 weeks.
